Tenant is the customer. We never forget that tenants generate revenues and revenues generate value. Our maintenance staff is trained to respond to tenant issues in a fast, respectful and professional manner, without exception.

Budget accountability. An expense limits/authority matrix is developed for each property. This matrix sets individual limits of purchasing and establishes expense accountability.

Landlord liability. As owners ourselves, we fully understand the importance and critical nature of landlord liability. We monitor tenant and vendor insurance requirements, develop emergency procedures for each property and communicate liability concerns to an owner.
